• In the Setup screen you will enter the call letters for each station you wish to program for, a list of Client Types, Spot Types and Programs. Record Log items may also be entered here.
• In the Program Scheduler you will schedule your programs and add breaks.
• In the Break Items window you will fill the breaks with both Program and Spot Break Items.
• In the Client screen you’ll
enter the names (and addresses, if you have the billing module) of all clients
who will be running spots on the station.
• In the Contract and following screens you will enter all the information required to schedule each spot and bill the clients.
• When confirmed, Spots scheduled will now print in the Program Log, the most modifiable log in the business.
• After the day of the Program Log, it is time to Reconcile the Program Log.
