7. User-Generated Content

• You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to breach of the Terms of Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
